EASTWINGATE is a consulting company located in Shanghai. The founder of EASTWINGATE  as President of DSM China has set up or supported the initial phase of more than twenty (20) wholly owned foreign invested companies and joint ventures since 1988. EASTWINGATE negotiated a number of joint ventures on behalf of the foreign owners.
 
The core activities of EASTWINGATE today are crisis management  and trade representation in addition to joint venture negotiation. We assist our clients with identifying specific business opportunities, as well as optimizing permanent corporate infrastructure enabling an optimal execution of the business strategy and planning (from the initial business set-up and interim management to setting up joint-venture/wholly owned production plants, implementation of business plans, M&A and debt raising related advice). We also provide corporate services (company formation, company secretarial services, company supervisor, trade support/order administration), payroll and accounting/tax related services.
